The fifteenth year of VicSRC Congress was unique; an online experience during the COVID-19 pandemic. Over 4 days in the September school holidays, delegates came together on Zoom and an online course to work together on issues that had been intensified by a year full of remote learning.
It’s great being able to have a voice and a say on the matters we face today in the education system
At Congress, Action Teams of students work together to create Action Plans to help solve education issues. These Action Plans become VicSRC’s advocacy platform for the next 12 months. This means that VicSRC, led by the Exec, try to put these plans into action and advocate for the changes students ask for.
