Congress 2022

Congress 2022 happened in person on Friday 2 September.

Thanks to everyone who joined the VicSRC Student Executive Advisory Committee for the 17th Congress to pitch their education ideas, work in action teams to solve issues and join the roar of student voice.

My favourite part of Congress was meeting new people, hearing and sharing ideas and also learning about things that I can take back to my school to work on."

Congress priorities

At Congress, students pitch their big ideas for education and work in Action Teams to start creating plans to make these ideas happen. These plans are turned into full Action Plans by a working group of students after Congress to become VicSRC's advocacy platform for the next 12 months. VicSRC, led by the Student Executive Advisory Committee, then put these plans into action and advocate for the changes students ask for.
